3. Our employees go through three screening filters. Prior to employment, all applicants must pass a stringent examination in medical and legal terminology, style, grammar, punctuation, format and structure. All successful candidates who pass the written test are then subjected to a rigorous interview and oral examination. The few applicants who survive this procedure are then provisionally hired and all their work regularly inspected and reviewed for three months before they receive permanent employment.

7. All new employees are subjected to our mandatory listen-review of their work.
8. Every one of our MTs undergoes monthly random quality reviews by the quality assurance department.
9. MTs who average 98.6% for three consecutive months in their quality performance ratings receive a quality performance bonus.
10. To maintain our exemplary level of quality, we conduct monthly customer satisfaction surveys to assess our performance.
11. We have a ratio of one proofreader to four transcriptionists, the highest in the industry.
