When it comes to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of your patient records, we have an uncompromising stance. Our security systems are HIPAA compliant and surpass rigid industry standards.

We rely on the most up to date encrypted technology and enable only authorized personnel with unique PINs and passwords to access the records. In addition, our solutions have built-in audit trails so that there is a written history of anything that happens to any record: anyone who views, edits, faxes, prints and signs a record must log in to a security log sheet and include personnel ID and password, time and date and location.

We employ VPN, triple DES encryption, redundant system architecture and data center security for services, networks and firewalls. Strict entry policies to our guarded computer room are always enforced. Our Datacenter, which houses our servers will be restricted by two factor authentication including biometric hand scanning and 24/7 closed circuit cameras in entrances and common areas. Disaster prevention and recovery is ensured by an off-site guarded, recovery center.
