- How do I sign up for your service?
You simply call us at 1-877-796-8470 . In 2-3 days we will email you instructions on how to proceed, as well as your user ID and password. We can get you in the system within a week. It may take 2-4 weeks for larger practices and hospitals and law firms.
- How do users and authors dictate into the system?
Users access the TI servers by dictating over any telephone anytime, anywhere, using toll free lines, or by dictating on a handheld device or a personal computer. You must use your personal ID and password every time you access the system.
- What happens after I dictate?
Immediately after you dictate, your voice file is encrypted and securely transferred over the Internet to our servers and made available to our transcriptionists who access the file on their computers using special software and accessories.
Upon completing transcription of your audio file, the report is uploaded to your computer as an email attachment, or if you wish, it can be faxed or printed on your computer printer. This report is then archived in our company servers so you can retrieve it if you need it, anytime, anywhere, any number of times.
- Can I view and edit the transcribed report online?
Yes, you can securely access all your files and edit them online.
- I am the director of records in our hospital/ firm, can I track the reports and other relevant data online?
