Convenience

Our process is convenient and easy as 1-2-3.

1. Call our toll free line or  use your PDA or handheld dictating device to dictate. Key in your PIN and begin dictating.

2. After dictating, hang up. Your captured voice file is encrypted and sent to our servers and transcribed.

3. Receive your reports via email attachment, fax or computer printout. If you need to view your dictation for editing or electronic sign-out, or retrieve an old file, just  log in to vour website and access the information with a click of your mouse.
